41 motorists fined, 10 vehicles towed as MMDA removes road obstructions

MANILA, Philippines — Over 40 motorists were issued traffic violation tickets for several offenses as the Metropolitan Development Authority (MMDA) goes on road clearing operations on Monday, July 20.

It said its Special Operations Group-Task Force for Road Clearing conducted road clearing in complaint-prone areas in Quezon City and Manila.

The operations were carried out along Biak na Bato, Mayon Street, Antipolo Street, Mindanao Street and Silencio Street.
