When people hit their 50s and 60s, they generally look forward to slowing down, and perhaps leaving work.

But for many, the reality does not match the perception.

These people often become part of a growing cohort of “unretirees” – people who believe they have reached the end of their careers, before realising they’re not ready for a full retirement.

Mary Cambray is one of those people.

At the age of 51, Cambray was set for what most people would consider to be a dream retirement.
