The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry descended into a scene of unexpected drama on Thursday when controversial businessman Stuart James Scharnick was arrested.

The high-profile arrest took place directly on the premises following allegations that he intimidated a journalist.

He is expected to appear in court on Monday.
