Stuart James Scharnick, who has filed a defamation lawsuit against SAPS Crime Intelligence divisional head Lieutenant-General Dumisani Khumalo, has been arrested.
Stuart James Scharnick has been arrested at the Madlanga Commission in Pretoria.
His arrest follows an earlier incident in which Scharnick allegedly intimidated a Sowetan journalist inside the auditorium after the journalist filmed him engaging with suspended MP Fadiel Adams.
