Israel launches fresh attacks across southern Lebanon
Israeli warplanes and artillery struck several areas of southern Lebanon early on Aug. 21, while Israeli forces carried out detonations in border towns, Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported.
Jets hit Mansouri in the Tyre district shortly after 2 a.m., with powerful explosions heard across surrounding villages and towns.
Further airstrikes targeted Ali al-Taher and Dabsha hills near Nabatieh al-Fawqa, as well as the area around Kfar Roummane.
The outskirts of Mayfadoun, toward Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, came under intermittent artillery fire.
