SM Prime expands logistics footprint for Shopee partners

MANILA, Philippines — SM Prime Holdings Inc. is expanding its logistics footprint for Shopee partners SPX Express (SPX), turning over a new 40,000-square-meter facility in Pasig City as e-commerce demand drives the need for faster distribution.

SM Warehouses, a unit of the Sy-led property giant, said on Thursday the new facility would serve SPX Express and Scommerce Philippines Inc., bringing its combined logistics space for the two companies to more than 126,000 square meters.
