MANILA, Philippines — Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida has called on parents to closely monitor their children’s online activity and has cautioned the public against sharing violent videos that could spawn copycat incidents and spread terror.
Vida made the appeal following reports that extremist groups are targeting minors who are active in online gaming platforms.

“Please, exercise it with earnestness,” Vida said.
