IndiGo Airlines will soon resume daily flight service between New Delhi and Belagavi, MP Jagadish Shettar has said.IndiGo Airlines will operate flights between New Delhi-Belagavi-New Delhi every day of the week starting October 1.The flight will leave Delhi at 6.15 a.m. and reach Belagavi at 8.40 a.m. It will leave Belagavi at 9.10 a.m. the same day and reach Delhi at 11.40 a.m., said a release from the BJP leader on Thursday.Earlier, IndiGo was providing daily service on this route. But a few months ago, it limited this service to only three days a week, i.e., Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Industrialists, businessmen, doctors and local residents requested the MP urging him to get the airlines to operate fights on a daily basis. He, in turn, met and requested Union Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu and also IndiGo officials.The MP has thanked the Union Minister and IndiGo officials for deciding to operate daily flights on the route.
