T-Hub, one of the world’s largest start-up incubators, has partnered with OKI Electric Industry Co., Ltd., a Japanese technology company, to launch a programme designed to help Indian deeptech start-ups access global markets and explore commercial opportunities in Japan.The two organisations have shortlisted eight of the more than 150 startups they received from across the country.“As part of the collaboration, T-Hub worked closely with OKI to identify priority sectors where Indian startups could address real industrial challenges and create long-term business value. These sectors include water infrastructure and logistics, and supply chain.The shortlisted start-ups will apply their core technologies to build direct or adjacent solutions across the mandate areas.“Through the programme, they will engage directly with OKI’s business and technical teams, receive mentorship on product-market fit for Japanese industrial use cases, and explore opportunities for pilot projects and co-development,” Kavikrut, CEO, T-Hub, said.Published on August 20, 2026
