CEBU CITY– The National Bureau of Investigation in Central Visayas (NBI-7) is urging schools in Cebu to avail of its free lectures on how students and faculty members can protect themselves during an active shooting situation.
Maria Contessa Lastimoso, NBI-7 public information officer, said the agency conducts the lectures every two weeks.
But so far, only four private schools in Metro Cebu have accepted its invitation, she added.
