The Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic missile attacks from the north and detected ballistic missiles heading toward Kyiv.
“Kyiv is under ballistic missile attack,” Mayor Vitali Klitschko said, urging residents to take shelter.
The Kyiv City Military Administration is also reporting on the consequences of the attack.
