The Ukrainian Air Force reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Ballistic threat (north)," the message said.
As Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported on Telegram, explosions are being heard in Kyiv. Air defense forces are working against enemy targets.
He urged residents and visitors to the city to remain in shelters.
