Minister of Industries and Food Processing T.G. Bharath on Friday (August 14, 2026) said that the foundation for the country’s future was laid by the sacrifices of the freedom fighters.The Minister was speaking after flagging off a Tiranga bike rally from Raj Vihar to Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy Circle at A-Camp in Kurnool, on the eve of Independence Day. The rally witnessed a large gathering of local leaders, officials, students, and teachers, who carried the national flag.Later, the Minister garlanded the statue of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy and paid tributes. Mr. Bharath appealed to the people to remember those who bravely fought for freedom.
