When completed, the solar-powered Esencia will cover more than 2,000 acres near Boquerón Bay and will bring together several luxury hospitality brands—including Mandarin Oriental, Aman, and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts—as well as residential neighborhoods, a golf course, beach club, a school and medical facilities.
