The Sabal Suite (named for the state tree) is a 5,155-square-foot duplex with panoramic views of the Gulf. In addition to its five bedrooms, the suite has a full kitchen and dining room, as well as a wellness room with a treadmill, Peloton bike and other exercise equipment. But the star of the suite is the 3,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with a circular pool and hot tub. All of that luxury comes at a price, of course.
