Palm River is the latest residential precinct in Palm City, an integrated township in eastern Ho Chi Minh City. The development has nearly three kilometers of river frontage, with Palm River occupying one of the township's remaining riverside sites.

Designed around its waterfront setting, Palm River features towers positioned to provide river views, natural light, and ventilation. Green spaces, water features, and communal areas are integrated throughout the precinct, with a focus on wellness and outdoor living.

The 1.9-hectare development comprises four 36-story towers, each with two basement levels. About 60% of the site is allocated to greenery, water features, and public spaces, while nearly 80% of the apartments are corner units.

The project offers studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and shophouses.
