The launch marks a new development phase for Palm City, a mixed-use township project in eastern Ho Chi Minh City.
Located near Thu Thiem and several major transportation projects, Palm City is situated in an area undergoing significant infrastructure development. The township is connected to key routes including the Ho Chi Minh City–Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway and the An Phu Interchange, while future projects such as the Thu Thiem–Long Thanh metro line and Long Thanh International Airport are expected to improve regional connectivity.
Developers have increasingly focused on integrated township projects that combine residential, commercial and community functions as demand grows for larger-scale urban developments.
Palm City spans 30.2 hectares and is planned to include residential areas, retail facilities, schools, healthcare services and community amenities. The development also incorporates riverside landscapes, green spaces and public areas throughout the project.
