As the Osun State Gubernatorial election enters a crucial bend, the Presidential candidate of the Accord Party, Gbenga Hashim has warned those beating the drums of war over the election to be wary of the consequences of their actions.
Few days ago, a Senator representing Osun East in the Upper Chamber, Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi was reported to have threatened members of the Accord Party of dire consequences if they came out to vote on Saturday.
Though he later denied the claim, the assertion had generated a lot of negative comments across Nigeria.
Hashim maintained that Fadahunsi and others would end up at the International Criminal Court at The Hague because incitement to political violence and especially murder is International Crime under the Hague Statute.
