A Senator representing one of the senatorial district in Osun, has sparked controversy after allegedly calling on supporters to kill members of the Accord Party ahead of Saturday’s governorship election.
The All Progressives Congressmember made the remarks in a video shared by Afrobeat singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.
Davido, who shared the video on social media, described the lawmaker as a sitting senator and provided an English translation of the senator’s remarks.
According to the translation shared by Davido, … said, “From now on, whenever you see Accord members, kill them. I authorise you to kill them. They have wives and children too.
