The Balaklava Thermal Power Plant was attacked in temporarily occupied Sevastopol on the evening of August 12, while a major water supply facility near the village of Shturmove, outside the city, caught fire.
That is according to the Telegram channel Crimean Wind, Ukrinform reports.
"At around 22:50, during the attack on the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant, a fire broke out at a major water supply facility near the village of Shturmove, outside Sevastopol. The water utility is on fire," the report said.
The channel noted that a major municipal water distribution hub, No. 3 is located in Shturmove in Sevastopol's Balaklava district and supplies water to the city.
