A Durban businessman has been charged with a range of sexual offences, including human trafficking and sexual assault, after allegedly luring women with false job promises.
A charge sheet has laid bare wide-ranging allegations of sexual crimes levelled against a Durban businessman following his appearance at a Durban court yesterday.
The businessman, who cannot be named due to the nature of the allegations against him, was arrested on Tuesday.
The charge sheet shows that the allegations faced by the businessman relate to sexual crimes against three women who had been lured with promises of jobs, only to find themselves coerced into working in the sex industry.
