QualityTech LP’s subsidiaries, better known as QTS Data Centers, are making the rounds with fixed-income investors to gauge appetite for a potential bond sale. The calls are being coordinated by a who’s who of Wall Street: Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley.

The investor calls, reported as of August 12, 2026, are still in the exploratory phase. No specific details on size, terms, or timing have been disclosed.

In April 2026, two QTS subsidiaries completed a $4.6 billion green bond issuance, a 10-year deal yielding 5.700% and maturing in 2036. That offering was tied to data center operations in Fayetteville, Georgia.

By mid-July 2026, QTS had crossed the $6 billion threshold in total bond issuances for the trailing twelve months.

QTS became a Blackstone portfolio company following a roughly $10 billion acquisition in June 2021. At the time, the deal was one of the largest take-private transactions in the data center space.
