Jensen Huang just collected another trophy for the mantle. Glassdoor named the Nvidia CEO its top-ranked leader on the 2026 Best CEOs list, a ranking determined entirely by the people who actually work for him.
The award, unveiled on August 12, places Huang at the summit of a top-50 list spanning industries from tech to car washes. His Glassdoor approval rating hovers around 98-99%, a number so high it almost looks like a rounding error.
What the rankings actually measure
Glassdoor’s CEO rankings aren’t based on stock returns, revenue growth, or boardroom politicking. They’re built on verified employee reviews submitted anonymously over the course of the year.
The second spot on the list went to Jason Johnson from Quick Quack Car Wash, a pairing that underscores how the rankings cut across every sector of the economy. Leaders from Stryker and Travelers also appeared in the upper tiers.
