The growth of the stock price of NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) has made CEO Jensen Huang one of the richest people in the world and created millionaires among the company's employees.
Huang was asked in June 2026 about how he decides how much to pay employees.

"I think people should be paid as much as possible," Huang said, as reported by Bloomberg.
