The ANC will on Wednesday begin reviewing its performance against 102 commitments in its 2021 Local Government Elections Manifesto.

ANC NEC members will soon report on the party’s preparations for the much-anticipated November 4 local government elections.

The briefing will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Luthuli House, the ANC’s headquarters in Johannesburg, and will be led by ANC NEC members Dickson Masemola, Stella Ndabeni and Fébé Potgieter.

According to a statement released by the party, the briefing is part of a series of Manifesto Review Media Briefings being held as the ANC prepares for the 2026 local government elections.

“Led by the relevant National Executive Committee subcommittees, the briefings will provide an honest and evidence-based assessment of the implementation of the ANC’s 2021 Local Government Elections Manifesto,” the party said.
