Govender brothers Ferrel and Darren are currently on trial for the murder of Shailen Singh.
A surveillance manager tasked with monitoring CCTV cameras in Umhlanga Ridge was the 43rd witness for the State in the murder trial of Ferrel and Darren Govender in the Durban High Court on Tuesday.
The Govender brothers are accused of killing businessman Shailen Singh (32) on December 29, 2024.
As per a court ruling, the witnesses in the matter cannot be named.
During proceedings, state prosecutor advocate Krishen Shah played clips of video footage, which police received from a witness who worked for a security company.
