Companies are using AI to automate various tasks. One good use of AI could be filtering job applications and selecting the most qualified candidates. However, if you’re solely trusting AI for this purpose, you might need to reconsider your decision because even Google prefers not to leave everything to its own AI systems.
According to a new report by Bloomberg, Google DeepMind’s AGI Safety and Alignment Team, a special division of Google focused on mitigating AI risks, is asking job applicants to fill out a special form to eliminate the risk of their applications being automatically screened out by the company’s internal AI systems.
