Mr Eazi’s entertainment and technology venture Choplife is expanding its operations into Nigeria’s digital economy after establishing a presence in the Itana Digital Special Economic Zone.

The move signals a push by the company to build its business around African intellectual property, rather than limiting its operations to music and entertainment.

Founded by Nigerian musician and entrepreneur Oluwatosin “Mr Eazi” Ajibade, Choplife operates across entertainment, gaming, media, sports and technology.

The company said its presence at Itana will provide a base for developing and commercialising intellectual property across these sectors.
