Man Infraconstruction Ltd launched Marina Vista, an ultra-luxury residential project at Pali Hill, Bandra (West), Mumbai, and simultaneously informing that it has secured the Intimation of Approval (IOA) for a second Bandra project, Berkeley House, located off Bandstand, Bandra West, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹1,000 crore.Marina Vista, registered under MahaRERA as PR1180002600763, received its RERA registration in June 2026 and achieved 30 per cent pre-sales commitment at launch. The project carries an estimated GDV of over ₹500 crore and is being developed through Atmosphere Homes LLP, an associate entity of MICL Group. Construction is underway, with the site already vacated.Berkeley House, positioned within MICL’s MS Collection Residences vertical as a boutique sea-view offering, will be MICL’s third residential development in Bandra. The company holds approximately 70 per cent stake in the project. MICL said it remains on track to launch Berkeley House in FY27. Together with Artek Park at Bandra Kurla Complex, MICL’s Bandra portfolio now represents a combined GDV of ₹2,350 crore.The stock trading at ₹115.42 on NSE by early afternoon, up 1.38 per cent from the previous close of ₹113.85, touching an intraday high of ₹117.01. Traded volume stood at approximately 28.98 lakh shares with a traded value of ₹33.58 crore.
