MANILA, Philippines — The Parañaque City government has started clearing garbage and debris from the Redemptorist Water Channel in Brgy. Baclaran after intense rains brought by the enhanced southwest monsoon.
In a Facebook post on Monday, Aug. 10, it said the City Environment and Natural Resources Office is leading the cleanup, which aims to clear the waterway of garbage carried from Manila Bay.
