Motorola launches Moto Pad 70 with bundled stylus

Motorola on Saturday (August 8, 2026) launched the Moto Pad 70 in India, expanding its new lineup with already available tablets like Moto Pad 70 Pro and Moto Pad 70 Groove. The new Moto Pad 70 gets the Moto Pen included in the box.Moto Pad 70 has a 12.1 inch 2.5K display having 96% DCI-P3 colour gamut, a 90 Hz refresh rate and up to 800 nits brightness. The tablet claims a 6.29mm profile and a weight of around 530 grams.Moto Pad 70 ships with a 10,200 mAh battery supported by a 68W charger inside the box. The tablet also features quad speakers, tuned by Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio.Moto Pad 70 runs on MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor with 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage, expandable by up to 2 TB via microSD card. It operates on Android 16 and will get update till Android 17 and 3 years of security patches.Moto Pad 70 sports a 13 MP rear and an 8 MP front camera. It also features Motorola’s Smart Connect that helps it connect between compatible smartphones, tablets, and PCs.Moto Pad 70 will be available at ₹33,999 in Pantone Titan Sea Angel colour, starting August 15 on Flipkart, Motorola, and leading retail stores across India.
