Motorola launches Edge 70 Pro+ in India: Price, features and sale

Motorola on Thursday (June 4, 2026) launched a new Edge 70 series smartphone, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+, in India. The premium segment phone comes with Sony sensors and MediaTek processor.Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ has a 6.8 inch 1.5K Super HD+ Extreme AMOLED quad-curved display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, 5,200 nits peak brightness. It is being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ uses a 6,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery with 90W charging, along with 15W wireless charging support. It bears IP68 and IP69 ratings along with military-grade durability. The phone has stereo speakers powered by Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio.Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ runs on MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme processor with 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.1 storage. It operates on Hello UI based on Android 16. It will also get 3 OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates.Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ sports a 50 MP main Sony Lytia 710 camera, along with a 50 MP 3.5x telephoto camera and a 50 MP ultrawide and macro camera. It has a 50 MP selfie camera. Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ supports 4K 60FPS video recording across all lenses with Video HDR.Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ will be available at ₹47,999, starting June 11 across Flipkart, Motorola and leading retail stores across India.
