Realty firm Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd on Friday reported an eight-fold increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 97.39 crore for the quarter ended June, driven by higher income.Its net profit stood at Rs 11.96 crore in the year-ago period.Total income rose sharply to Rs 322.02 crore for the first quarter of the 2026-27 financial year from Rs 106.39 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal, according to a regulatory filing.In terms of operational performance, the company reported a more than two-fold increase in sales bookings or pre-sales to Rs 432 crore in the April-June quarter of this fiscal, compared to Rs 175 crore in the corresponding period in FY26.Arvind SmartSpaces is the real estate arm of the Ahmedabad-based Lalbhai Group.The company has real estate developments across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
