Realty firm Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd has tied up with a land owner to develop a housing project in Ahmedabad with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 180 crore.In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said it has signed a new residential horizontal development project located on Kerala-Nalsarovar Road in South Ahmedabad."This is a Joint Development project with an estimated top-line of Rs 180 crore," it added.The company did not name the landowner.Established in 2008, Arvind SmartSpaces has a portfolio of 100.1 million square feet of real estate development. It has a presence in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.During the 2025-26 fiscal year, the company's profit slipped to Rs 96.44 crore from 110.49 crore in the preceding year. Total income fell to Rs 584.47 crore from Rs 736.11 crore.
