Bengaluru-based athleisure brand BlissClub has raised Rs 160 crore in a funding round led by Singularity AMC, an India-focused alternative asset manager that backs high-growth businesses across sectors.
Founder Minu Margeret and her partner Vidit Aatrey have also invested significant personal capital in the round, while existing investors Elevation Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, and global investment firm Eight Roads Ventures increased their commitments.
The capital will be used to expand BlissClub’s product categories, accelerate its offline retail network, strengthen product development, and recruit talent for its next phase of growth.
Founded in 2020, BlissClub began by designing activewear specifically for Indian women, addressing what it saw as a gap in apparel suited to Indian body types, weather conditions, and price points.
Since then, it has evolved into an omnichannel lifestyle brand with more than 40 stores across the country, while also selling through its own digital channels and online marketplaces.
