BALANGA CITY, Bataan — A member of the LGBTQ community and a cohort were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bagong Silang, Balanga City, Bataan, on Wednesday evening after a month-long police surveillance.
Police Maj. Patrick Carlo Balcanao, chief of the Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit (PPDEU), said authorities confiscated 60.37 grams of suspected shabu worth P410,856 from the suspect, who is listed as a high-value individual.
