Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Chief Bode George, has launched a blistering attack on the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, saying the minister was publicly disowned by his biological father and describing him as unfit to make allegations about the ownership of his Abuja residence.
George made the remarks during an interview on TVC, where he responded to Wike's recent allegation that his Maitama home in Abuja was acquired with funds belonging to Rivers State.
In one of his strongest public responses to the FCT minister, the elder statesman said it was beneath his status to engage in a war of words with someone he described as "a child," before alleging that Wike had been publicly rejected by his father.
"It's an infra-dignitatem for me to respond to a child who is just about the same age as my first child. Go and find out about him, what his father did to him and what he did to his father. In Africa, if your biological father publicly disowns you, you know what that means?" George said.
