Bode George
A faction of the Lagos State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) loyal to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has suspended former Deputy National Chairman of the party, Bode George, along with 23 other members over alleged anti-party activities.
The suspension was announced in a statement issued on Friday and signed by the Chairman of the party’s disciplinary committee in Lagos State, Kayode Ogunbiyi, and the committee’s secretary, Desmond Agbo.
According to the statement, the action was taken after the party concluded that it could no longer tolerate activities capable of creating division and disaffection among its members.
