Toronto police say they have made arrests in the deadly shooting that took place at the Salsa on St. Clair street festival last month.
At a press conference giving an update on the U.S. Consulate shooting that took place last week, Police Chief Myron Demkiw gave an update saying police have arrested the people responsible with plans to give more details on Friday.
