A 32-year-old youth, Senthil Murugan, was stabbed to death by a college boy, a neighbour, following a scuffle over fetching of water, in Sivakasi on Thursday.The police said that the families, both relatives, had simmering differences over fetching water and letting sewage for long.A quarrel on Thursday evening turned into a scuffle. The 17-year-old boy stabbed Senthil Murugan, and he was died on the spot.The deceased was working in a bakery in Chennai and had come home on leave.Sivakasi East Police have arrested the juvenile in conflict with law.
