Head of Investigations at IDAC, Matthews Sesoko, told the Madlanga Commission that his former boss, Advocate Andrea Johnson, sidelined him from investigations.

Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) head of investigations, Matthew Sesoko has alleged that his former boss, Advocate Andrea Johnson, sidelined him from crime intelligence and authorised probes without his knowledge and dismantled long-standing reporting structures that governed the unit's operations.

Testifying at the Madlanga Commission on Thursday, Sesoko painted a picture of an investigations division that had fundamentally changed during his absence.

This stripped him of key responsibilities despite remaining the directorate's head probes.

The commission, is probing allegations of corruption, including claims surrounding IDAC's leadership during Johnson's tenure.
