Chef Sanjeev Kapoor shares a quick recipe made from carrot and beetroot. He posted an Instagram video making an easy and healthy recipe from carrot and beetroot especially for kids going to school.He said that in the video mostly kids don’t like eating these vegetables as it is so instead there is a recipe one should try. The name of the recipe is carrot beetroot cutlets.The ingredients for this recipe are:1 small carrot, peeled and grated1 small beetroot, grated2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander2-3 green chillies, chopped½ tsp garam masala powder½ tsp red chilli powderSalt to taste½ cup fresh breadcrumbsOil to grease + to shallow fryTomato ketchup to serveMasala makhana to serveHow to make carrot beetroot cutletsThe first step is to grate boiled potatoes in a bowl. After then add carrot, coriander, green chillies, garam masala, red chilli powder, beetroot and breadcrumbs and mix all these things. The next step is to grease your palm with some oil, divide the mixture into equal portions and roll into balls. Then make cutlets. After that, heat the oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown. After this serve the hot cutlets with tomato ketchup and masala makhana.
