BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Two men died while another was injured after a landslide buried an eatery in La Trinidad, Benguet, amid continuous heavy rains on Thursday morning, police said.
Benguet police director Col. Dionisio Bonoy said the fatalities were two cooks, aged 31 and 55.
A third cook, 66, was rescued and taken to a nearby hospital, Bonoy said, but authorities have yet to determine his condition.
