A total of 194 school and college students participated in the Thirukkural-based speech, essay, and drawing competitions organised by Shriram Ilakkiya Kazhagam in Coimbatore recently.Eighty-nine students participated in the elocution contest, 63 in drawing competition, and 42 in essay writing competition, taking the total participation to 194. Prizes were presented to the winners by Velmurugan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Kattur Police Station, and K.
