Shriram Ilakkiya Kazhagam, the literary wing of Shriram Group, a non-banking financial firm, will organise State-level ‘Thirukkural Elocution, Drawing and Essay Contests 2026’ from July 18 to August 30 for school and college students in 12 centres covering Puducherry and Tamil Nadu.The Puducherry zone competition will be held at St. Anthony’s High School, Maraimalai Adigal Road on July 26. The contestants will be divided into three groups — Juniors (Classes 6 to 8), Seniors (Classes 9 to 12) and college students.
