The insurance intermediary Wefox has appointed a new head of its Swiss business.
Sebastian Schimurda has been appointed Country Lead for Switzerland at Wefox.

The insurtech has named Sebastian Schimurda as Country Lead Switzerland, effective 1 September, succeeding Osman Elkaz, who has decided to leave the company, according to a statement released on Tuesday.
Schimurda began his career in 2007 as a client adviser at Zurich Insurance and held various roles within the group until 2020, most recently as an expert in cyber risk and financial crime. He subsequently became co-founder and managing director of AIC Swiss, an internationally active independent insurance broker specialising in the real estate and construction sectors.
