Agarwal Toughened Glass India, a leading processor of toughened, laminated and specialty safety glass, reported that its revenue was up 23 per cent at ₹34 crore compared to ₹28 crore logged in the same period last year.In its business update for the June quarter the company said it continues to witness healthy business momentum supported by strong demand across architectural, infrastructure and value-added glass applications. The company has a healthy executable order book of ₹55 crore.As per the SME exchange listed company, Agarwal Toughened Glass India was to announce results only half yearly.Mahesh Agarwal, Promoter and whole-time director, Agarwal Toughened Glass India said the growing order book, continued focus on value-added products and disciplined execution reflect the strength of the operating platform.During the quarter, the company has also completed a significant capital raise, which has further strengthened the balance sheet for the next phase of growth, he added.Going forward, he said the company remains focused on expanding the processing capabilities, enhancing product portfolio and strengthening presence across high-growth end-user segments.It targets to strengthen its portfolio with advanced high-performance processed glass solutions, including triple laminated safety glass for premium architectural, facade and infrastructure applications.Looking ahead to FY27, the company remains focused on increasing its presence in high-value, specification-driven projects such as Grade-A commercial buildings, airports, metro rail and institutional developments, where its BIS-certified products provide a strong competitive advantage.The company also plans to safeguard profitability by improving sourcing efficiencies and enhancing energy efficiency across its operations, helping mitigate fluctuations in raw material and power costs.Further, the company is evaluating opportunities to selectively expand into insulated glass (IGU) components and domestic Low-E glass solutions, supporting import substitution, improving value addition, and aligning with India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.The company has recently raised ₹68 crore through a preferential issue through the allotment of equity shares and convertible warrants at ₹109 per share, strengthening its capital base to support future growth.Published on August 5, 2026
