Mumbai: Gujarat‐based Aastha Spintex on Monday said it has a cumulative order book of around Rs 51.46 crores for Falcon Yarns, which it acquired recently, reflecting strong demand visibility through October 2026.The confirmed order book comprises 38 orders aggregating 17.35 lakh kg of cotton yarn from a diversified base of over 10 clients across domestic markets, providing clear revenue visibility for the coming quarters, it said in a stock exchange filing.The company said that strong monthly run‐rate in order book - Rs 25.72 crore in August and Rs 24.42 crore for September - reflects consistent, high‐value demand.The company recently announced a net profit of Rs 23.8 crore for 2025-26 against Rs 23.4 crore in the year-ago period. Total income was Rs 443.40 crore in FY26 against Rs 352.16 crore in FY25.The board in its meeting last month approved a bonus issue of equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 - one new equity share for every one equity share held.
