MANILA, Philippines — A woman was arrested for allegedly selling a ticket to a South Korean boy band concert to multiple buyers at once, the Philippine National Police–Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP–ACG) said on Wednesday.
In an interview in Camp Crame, ACG director Maj. Gen. Wilson Asueta said the 27-year-old suspect was entrapped in a mall in Manila last July 22 following a complaint from a 20-year-old female student who fell victim to the alleged scheme.
