Prime Video's new teen drama stars Keen Ruffalo as Connor, and the actor comes from a famous family.08:01, 05 Aug 2026Sterling Point's latest drama, full of budding romances and family secrets, features some intriguing stars.‌Sterling Point has just started airing on Prime Video, and the eight-episode drama follows teenager Annie Jacobson (played by Ella Rubin).‌Her life is turned upside down following the death of her estranged grandfather, when she and her twin brother, Connor (Keen Ruffalo), inherit his Canadian island.‌When Annie decides to visit the island to try and find out more about her mysterious family, she uncovers some unbelievable truths.The series is full of huge stars like The Walking Dead's Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory's Missi Pyle.One of the young actors, Keen Ruffalo, has a very famous dad, and here is all you need to know.‌Keen Ruffalo takes on his first major role in Sterling Point, having previously had guest roles in the series Hal & Harper and the film Thor: Ragnarok.The 25-year-old star is the eldest child of Hollywood actor Mark Ruffalo and Sunrise Coigney, with Mark best known for his role as Bruce Banner/Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.‌Mark, who is also a film producer, first gained recognition for his work in Kenneth Lonergan's play This Is Our Youth, and he went on to star in huge films like 13 Going on 30 and The Kids Are All Right.He married Sunrise Coigney in 2000, and they have three children: Keen, Bella, and Odette.Ruffalo told PEOPLE in 2019 that balancing acting and fatherhood was not always easy, joking: "It’s intense. The times when my wife is gone, and I’ve had to take care of everything... the laundry alone is enough to destroy you."‌In 2015, he also opened up to Vanity Fair about how all three of his children have dyslexia, and two have ADHD, while promoting his film Infinitely Polar Bear, about a dysfunctional family torn apart by the patriarch's bipolar diagnosis.Speaking about being open and understanding of "disabilities" within families, he shared: "All three of my kids are dyslexic, and two of them are ADHD.‌"Now, we could put a lot of shame, and there’s certain schooling that does put a lot of shame, on those aspects, but where they’re going to school now, and the way we’re dealing with it, is to be upfront about it, accepting, and without shame. And those kids are prospering in that environment." He has continued to speak openly about his children's dyslexia and ADHD in the hope of raising awareness.His son Keen was born in June 2001 and was largely kept out of the spotlight. When he was 12, he visited his dad on the set of the rom-com Begin Again and was asked if he’d be interested in being an extra.Not liking how he looked and sounded on camera, he pursued fashion design, an early passion of his, and began making his own pieces.‌He had plans to study fashion, but when the Covid pandemic hit, he "didn’t have the environment to make jewellery at the time", he told WWD.It was then that he turned his attention to acting, sharing: “I was just doing nothing and hit that depression of ‘I’ve just been sitting here for months on end not doing anything that has any meaning'."So I was like, what could I do?
